Retail Assistant
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Retail Assistant to join our Canggu Crystals Jakarta Store team. We are not looking for a typical ‘salesperson’, but someone who genuinely loves working closely with clients and providing a beautiful, rounded experience. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of high end/specialized retail, a passion for wellness and will be nurturing and attentive with a personable demeanor. We are looking for someone who loves working within a team, and we are offering full-time positions.
Requirements:
- FEMALE
- Minimum 2+ years experience in sales or retail
- Ability to serve and assist the customers’ needs with excellent service
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion
- Ability to handle busy and energetic environments
- Attention to detail, maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Interested in learning about crystals and have some understanding of the spiritual and esoteric industry
